Having fun feels particularly hard right now with COVID, multiple wars and climate change.
Life is often filled with stress and responsibilities. Our loved ones, our jobs and social media are all jockeying for our attention, and our time.
It can make the idea of fun seem impossible.
But fun IS possible.
